P.S. I forgot to say: a couple of the packages which Patrick identified have not been moved forward from 10.2 to 10.3. Since my focus at the moment is to get things working in 10.3, I ignored those packages (for now). Most likely, they are not too crucial for 10.3 since we have lived without them for nearly six months.
