Yes, I wondered whether you are using any specific tool to create the website (a content management system - e.g. typo3, plone, ... - or some web development tool - e.g. quanta, screem, ...), or is the website created completely by hand (using your favourite text editor)?
I am not working with the Fink website myself. But i would start reading:
