If you want Source2 decompressed somewhere under the structure of Source, SourceNExtractDir might be useful. Although without details of exactly how the tarballs are structured and how you want the results, I'm kinda shooting in the dark.
I am using this code, no need for %p/src:
NoSourceDirectory: TRUE CompileScript: << gunzip source.%v.Z gunzip source2.%v.Z <<
They end up in /sw/src/foo-1.0-1
