I disabled the tests in cvs2svn for now. Please do a 'fink selfupdate' and tell me if cvs2svn works now for you. Thanks.
That did the trick.
Also, when I ran it on a test repository, the dumpfile was the same as what cvs2svn-1.1.0 on Debian/i386 produced.
