Thanks for noticing this, Alexander: I probably should have explained it on the list.
There was a problem with the way gnucash was built in the bindist, due to a missing BuildDepends IIRC. For the 0.7.1/current tree in the bindist, I needed a higher version number so that binary users who had installed the earlier one would get an upgrade. However, I decided not to put the new version into the stable or unstable trees, to avoid forcing people who had already built it successfully to rebuild it.
So I would suggest removing those newer files from stable and unstable.

Will do--actually -15 was identical to -14 from stable as best as I can tell. On the other hand, the .info file for -14 in unstable is no longer identical with the same version in stable.
