I was just wondering... why is the package description warning length
different for -v validate than it is without -v?  It doesn't seem like -v
is meant to be "more restrictive", but..?  On a related note, I let a
package on through because it had a fine length under validate, but it was
complained about with -v validate.  Is that ok?
