I will move it most likely on Monday, if there are no objections. There may be one small problem, that the current bootstrap code in fink is broken, and libncurses5 cannot be used for bootstrap, we must keep the old ncurses package for bootstrap. If that's still ok, I'd have no problem moving libncurses to stable.
