I've put online changes in the Users Guide that correspond to new items in the manpages for fink and fink.conf in CVS HEAD (i.e. chapters 5 and 6). (really it's a mirror of the web/ subdirectory of the doc tree). The XML source isn't online at Fink's site, because I didn't want to risk its activation prematurely.
Please review this for content/layout.
