Fink's cyrus21 package is very old and no longer has a maintainer so it's not too surprising that it doesn't work anymore. I've been experimenting with packaging cyrus 2.2.10 on and off, but I've been busy with other things lately and never finished it. Maybe I'll give it another try--no promises though! :) It does build successfully, but I remember having some packaging issues that I wasn't happy with.
