[Fink-devel] Problem uploading files to the Tracker...

So, I've made a fink package file for physfs-1.0.0.

I tried uploading it to the tracker.  I tried with three
browsers.  With each browser, I tried with and without
checking the little "check this box to upload a file"
button.  I had no luck at all.

I get this message from the tracker:
        Tracker Item: Nothing Changed - Update Cancelled
        File Upload: ArtifactFile: Could not open file for writing

Anyhow, I'm attaching the file here.
