GNOME help viewer is finally here!

Needs to link against mozilla (or could be switched to firefox) so
must be in crypto. So we'll not make is a dependency of other gnome
packages, lest the whole world become crypto also.



Had a couple of thoughts:

1) Maybe it would be better to link against firefox, since that's actually maintained.

2) I wonder if mozilla / firefox can be made to use the system's openssl so that we don't have to worry about yelp becoming crypto and thereby include it as part of GNOME rather than putting a note in the docs that nobody will read.
