Nope, setting MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to 10.3 or later (as fink does) causes -undefined dynamic_lookup to be used in place of -undefined suppress. The fink package should probably have NoSetMACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET: true in it.
