Jeff, you have a package "pdl581" in both the 10.3 and 10.4T trees has a dependency on pgplot-perl581. That latter package does not exist (and appears to have never exited)? There are self-consistent pdl*/pgplot-perl* for 560 and 580 in the 10.2 trees. Could you either add a pgplot-perl581 package (and whtever dependencies it needs) or scrap the pdl581 package?
