The
upstream Makefile system appears to be broken, and not easily fixed
permanently. I don't think it's quited clear who should be bugged
about
this. I had a .patch file for vice 1.19-1 that uses a band-aid
solution to
get it to build, but I accidentally deleted it with "fink selfupdate"
one
time.
It seems this had been fixed in the 10.4 tree, but not in the
10.4-transitional tree. I have now back-copied the patch file, so give
it another try when it has migrated to your selfupdate server. The new
patch file (/sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/x11/vice.patch) has
a file length of 3299 Bytes, the old one had 1251 Bytes.
