Just the plain vanilla fftw that builds with g95 rather than g77.  I just
did in in my sandbox, built coot against it, and it does fft's just fine. 
Unfortunately I do need fftw2 not fftw3 (they aren't compatible).  If
having fftw building with g95 would mess anything up in stable for ppc,
one could put in a conditional test for intel to build with g95.  Anyway
what currently works for fftw in the intel unstable branch is fine.
