Right; sorry, it was late at night when I wrote that.  Yes, checking 
what's on the list and what's not is much easier if fink's list is in 
the same order as SF's.

Yeah, I wish I knew a better way to check if a mirror was working at 
SF; any pointers you have would be much appreciated.
