It seems like this is working for me now (on 10.4):

sudo apt-get remove bundle-kde-ssl bundle-kde-unified kexi koffice
koffice-dev libpqxx2 postgresql-perl-586 postgresql-ssl-perl-586
postgresql81-shlibs

sudo apt-get -f install

fink update-all (or whatever you may have been trying)
