And it doesn't disappear after running texhash?
No, I have no error during the production, just that the produced html file have weird accented characters if I declare the encoding as utf-8, which was not the case before.

Well, after much trying and some sed/perl scripts, I manage to get it work, so that the problem is solved from my side.
