Hi All,
I'm looking at 2 updates that will propagate a bit and
wanted to hear if anyone has any objections.
* Updating sqlite3 to 3.3.12 - probably not a big deal
* Updating gdal to depend on {postgres,postgis}82
rather than 80. This will impact grass60, qgis, and
mapserver. I am new to working with postgres/postgis,
so I wanted to check before doing this.
