Since long ago, fink has had an old gettext library ("gettext-dev" and
"gettext"), and for the past several years a newer libversion of it
("libgettext3-dev" and "libgettext3-shlibs"). An even newer libversion
is on the horizon. Having lots of versions is works thanks to fink's
Shlibs Policy and dependency handling, but has lots of annoying user
effects. Therefore, I'm going to convert packages that use the old
gettext to use the new one. The only exception I plan is the gnome1
dependency tree, since that self-consistently uses the old lib and is
