Thanks anyway. Since the homepage is wrong, I'll update the package. Otherwise, this is a general problem with sources from sites that don't have a real release policy, as it is the case with many tex-related programs. They don't subscribe to the idea that publicly available sources should reflect their version in the file names and shouldn't change all the time. In the case of tex4ht, one has the choice between sources that have no version information in the file name at all and ones that have the creation date in the file name. This is already an improvement; until recently, only the fixed-filename sources existed. In both cases, changes are unannounced and rather frequent, and therefore the only reliable source repository is the Fink distfiles mirror. I also noticed that the changes are quite minimal most of the time, so I am not trying very hard to keep up with them.
