I am getting reports that the new tcltk-8.4.16-1
package in fink unstable is producing the Core-Foundation
errors on Leopard. Unfortunately I can't reproduce these here on
either a dual G5 with Radeon 9600 graphics or a MacBook
Pro Core 2 Duo with Radeon X1600 graphics. On both machines,
pymol runs fine with the new tcltk. Furthermore, Darwinports
has their tcl and tk at 8.4.16 without disabling core-foundation
support...

These Core Foundation issues should be fixed by the
ChangeLog entry...

        * macosx/tclMacOSXNotify.c (AtForkChild): don't call CoreFoundation
        APIs after fork() on systems where that would lead to an abort().

I would like to get a sense of what hardware configurations with
Leopard this problem is appearing on since I can't reproduce it here.
If the problem still exists, we need to determine what reproduces it
so that upstream can be made aware of the problem.
