Now that tcl/tk 8.5 is released, we need to consider
how to properly handle this new version. Do we have a
maintainer for tcltk since Jeffrey Whitaker no longer
maintains it? I believe we will need to create a tcltk85
package which conflicts with tcltk so that pre-existing
binaries (like _tkinter.so in sprarky-py) which are
linked to libtk8.4.dylib and libtcl8.4.dylib will still
have access to them through tcltk-shlibs.
