Indeed.  The fltk-aqua package is available, and even got updated recently.  

It might be possible to make an Aqua version of openexr.  And maybe djvulibre 
could have a qt3mac variant.  That could make a non-X, but still 
graphic-enabled, imagemagick.

Although, with X11 being installed by default on 10.5, folks may be less 
motivated to bother.
