I've redone the relax-py packaging on fink tracking. The new
package comments out the section of scons/install.py that precompiles
the python scripts in relax. The package now calls 'scons install' in
the InstallScript and uses a postinstall script later to change the
%i instances to %p in sconstruct and then calls 'relax --test' manually
to compile the python scripts.
