Hi fink developers, Somehow xml-sax-expat-pm588 (0.38-1) got installed on my system. I think this package should be either removed or be upgraded & fixed.
Architecture: 10.5/powerpc (PowerMac7,3 PowerPC G5 1.8Ghz, Leopard version 10.5.5) Package manager version: 0.28.6 Distribution version: selfupdate-rsync Sat Oct 18 14:09:08 2008, 10.5, powerpc According to http://search.cpan.org/dist/XML-SAX-Expat/ the latestst version is XML-SAX-Expat-0.40 According to the xml-sax-expat-pm.info maintainership is dropped. I don't need this package myself, but the package came as a dependency with some other package. Unfortuately I can't figure out which package triggered the installation of the package. See transcript of the installation error of xml-sax-expat-pm588 (0.38-1) below. BTW I could not find a link to a bugtracker on the fink webpages, so I'm posting the bugreport here.
