A couple other comments about migrating fink unstable to
tcltk version 8.5.5. I am finding that the 8.5.x releases
appear to solve the issue with using --enable-core-foundation.
Using that as the default behavior no longer causes programs
like pymol-py to crash as in the 8.4.x releases. Also I
found that the 8.5.5 release produces very clean 'make test'
results compared to the wealth of failed test cases for
the 8.4.x releases on darwin. It appears that a lot of
effort when into the darwin support for tcltk in 8.5
and it would be well worth the effort to upgrade to it.
