While porting packages to the new experimental x86_64 fink, I discovered that our libgii and libggi packages are ancient compared to those supported by MacPorts.
http://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/graphics/libggi/Portfile http://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/devel/libgii/Portfile http://www.ibiblio.org/ggicore/packages/libgii.html http://www.ibiblio.org/ggicore/packages/libggi.html I have mockups of a libggi1 and updated libggi2 package based on version 1.0.2 and 2.2.2 respectively. The libggi2 package will likely have to become a libggi22 package to coexist with the legacy one based on 2.0.x. Currently I have to build libggi2(2) with --without-quartz --without-cocoa (at least on x86_64). I don't think this should be huge issue initially since the current packages date back to 2001 for their tarballs and are unlikely to be supporting either feature. As soon as I can find the necessary patches to build gnuplot against the newer libgii/libggi, I'll post the proposed libgii1 and libggi22 packages onto fink tracking.
