There is two solutions here. Either we add a BuilDepends
on freetype219 and a Depends on freetype219-shlibs to the
x86_64 variant for tcltk or we add a BuildConflicts on
freetype219 instead. I would lean towards the second option
since in the absence of that package, libtk8.5.dylib will
be linked to the /usr/X11/lib/libfreetype.6.dylib.
