Sir,
I am working on porting Twinkle on MAC OS X which is a voice based VOIP
application that is we can make PC to PC calls nd PC to mobile calls. I have
successfuly built the package twinkle on my system and its running as X11
application. It is showing GUI's of the user profile and its setting but
when i run it crashes by saying segmentaion fault due to sound problem. When
i read the log file, it said no /dev/dsp file or directory found which is a
sound file in Linux but not on MAC. I used liboss to overbridge the gap
between OSS and CoreAudio API but i guess could not succeed. i read in a
forum about OpenAudio on Dawin which can be used. Or is the problem
something else...
I have submitted the package to fink tracker whose addrss:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2814922&group_id=17203&atid=414256

U can try to download the info file mentioned at tracker nd tell whats is
problem goin on nd what is d solution.
