Bill,
    I just did a 'fink rebuild ccpnmr-py26' under x86_64 fink
unstable and had no problems with the ccpnmr-py26-2.0.7.1-1
package reinstalling itself. I strongly suspect this is a 
bug in fink itself in stable. I am using...
