For the jack server and the Framework, yes of course. But the 
Jack.Router is a CoreAudio Plugin (maybe "Driver" is a better word) that 
allows to grab I/O from any CoreAudio application and re-route it to 
Jack clients. I am assuming that the install location is crucial for 
this to work system-wide. (Or at least for applications outside of 
Fink). Although I am not an expert on CoreAudio.
