I don't know what parts of KDE it breaks, but I use kmess (which uses  
kded, kwallet, khtml and some others) and haven't noticed any changes  
between Qt 4.5 and 4.6, apart from positive things like fewer crashes  
in Qt, nicer scrolling, etc. Maybe (most of) those problems are in,  
for example, kdebase or kdebase-workspace or whichever.

Very nice. If you've packaged the KDE 4.4 RC's, I can help test them  
too; it will most probably make packaging of the 4.4 final easier.
