The "fink" executable appears to be in your PATH, from the above.  Did
you manually modify your PATH to allow "fink" to show up, rather than
using Fink's environment setup (which includes the paths to the Perl
libraries among other things)?

If you just modified PATH, you should run

/sw/bin/pathsetup.sh

so that the whole Fink environment is used, and then start a new
terminal session.
