Now that gcc 4.5 has branched and the first release
candidate of gcc 4.5.0 has been made, I have posted
test packaging for a new gcc45 package and the associated
cloog update to fink tracking at...

https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2982947&group_id=17203&atid=414256

A few notes. This release of FSF gcc contains a new versioned
libgcc_ext shared lib to provide access to the additional
libgcc symbols added to FSF gcc since the libgcc_s.10.5
release. Also the java compilation issues with gcj have been
fixed for 10.6 (a different unwinder issue remains with MacOS X 10.5).
The graphite support in gcc 4.5 can now compile the polyhedron
2005 benchmarks without wrong code regressions and retaining
almost all of the vectorization. Hopefully the remaining
vectorization loss will be fixed in 4.5.1.

ps I will likely backport a few patches that missed 4.5.0
from 4.5 branch after the release of 4.5.0. In applying
a race condition patch for indirect value profiling we
discovered that the emulated tls support in FSF gcc wasn't
fully functional. There is a patch that fixes this and we
can convert all of the tls_native tests to just tls and
all but two pass. So we will have very solid tls support
in gcc 4.5.0 via libgcc_ext.
