I had a problem building atlas on my Intel-mac 10.4.11 with stable fink. The compilation proceed fine, and then at the building package stage was stopped due to many errors. I change the "cp -P" to "cp -d" on the info file, and I removed all the references for .so libraries on the "Make.top" file and now it can build the package. I include the modified files in case someone wants to check and include it in the patch. Cheers P.
