Are we sure folks aren't having problems with the
existing gcc45-4.5.0-1000 release on 10.4? My undestanding
was that the same issue requiring --with-dwarf2 should
have existed there as well (since gcc 4.5 defaults to dwarf2
and gcc in the Xcode for 10.4 still defaults to stabs).
