The layout isn't acceptable (though the validator isn't yet programmed to catch the problem). Did you read the section of the packaging manual on the Fink directory layout: http://www.finkproject.org/doc/packaging/fslayout.php?phpLang=en#fhs ? In particular: /sw/bin This directory is for general executable programs. *There are no subdirectories*. You're not building a standalone app bundle, and I don't see a compelling reason why the package needs a private directory, rather than being laid out like the TeX distros which are already in Fink. - -- Alexander Hansen, Ph.D. Fink User Liaison -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAk1QJHoACgkQB8UpO3rKjQ+DdgCeKjTvLtX6fJt4BjNXVOK84soF ziQAoIjgmELeYzpr2HZT0I0IpJb8YCaE =vf9l -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The modern datacenter depends on network connectivity to access resources and provide services.
