The package description is already on the submission tracker. Don't email it here, too. You *cannot* say that a package BuildDepends on another package in the same family (i.e. built in the same .info file) at the same version because they have to be built at the same time, so there's no way to have it installed. And it's *wrong* to have an unversioned BuildDepends on a package in the family, too. Check almost any package in the lib section (fink list -s lib) to see what the right way to specify the dependencies between the -shlibs, - -dev, ... is.
