I committed a versioned dependency tweak to opensp4-dev yesterday
because I had a different update-all blocker. Perhaps this is causing
the current problem.
If you edit
/sw/fink/10.4/unstable/main/finkinfo/text/opensp4-shlibs.info , and
change the Depends: line in Splitoff2 (the -dev package) from
Depends: %N (= %e:%v-%r), opensp-bin (= %e:%v-%r)
to
Depends: %N (= %e:%v-%r), opensp-bin (>= %e:%v-%r)
does that solve the problem?
