Sounds good.

The specific situation I was envisioning in section 3.8 was what happens
with clamav.  It contains a user-executable program that updates the
virus definitions--this is also run by daemonic.  In addition, it gives
the user the option to update their definitions in PostInst.  This is
data which is being updated on a regular basis, and the package provides
a user-executable means to update just that data, but not the package itself
