Hi Damian, A while ago, I've created a Wine-x86 package for use on Lion. It Build-Depends on two other packages that I've created, freetype219-x86 and libpng15-x86. Together with these packages, this Wine works pretty well; I use it on a regular basis.
The infofiles are in my experimental; 'dazjorz/finkinfo/wine' directory. Are you OK with me committing Wine itself to the 10.7 tree, as soon as I've cleared the dependencies? (The current wine-x86 has its Maintainer set to me, but I'll change it back to you if you want. I'm also ok with being your Wine-on-10.7 tester if there are any further releases.)
