Yes, the ber.de.eu mirror is, besides the one in Japan, currently the only rsync mirror that is still being updated. The mirror at distfiles.master.finkmirrors.net had some access problems last week that are fixed now, but it stopped syncing from cvs a week ago and hasn't been restarted.
