   There are few issues which should be addressed in librasterlite2.info. It 
needs the change...

to unblock the build on 10.9. Also, when I tried running 'make -k check'
in both the current packaging on 10.7 or the proposed change on 10.8
I saw the failure...

We should check with upstream to find out if this is a known issue. Also, the 
configure output in all
cases shows...
