Can you fix ghc-zlib.info so that it passes validation?

Have you ever noticed that 'fink -m update-all' seems
non-deterministic? On some machines, the error in ghc-zlib.info is detected
but on other machines it is silently ignored. If this issue were fixed in
fink, it would be nice to have a cron job set up do run 'fink -d -m
update-all' weekly and automatically email the maintainers on validation
errors in their info files.
