You might try using the gcc49 packages from the 10.9 binary 
distribution.  You can download them manually from

http://bindist.finkmirrors.net/10.9/dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-x86_64/devel/

Or you can enable the 10.9 distribution by following the "10.9" 
instructions on that page--this will be treated as a "local" 
modification, so add the "deb" line in an appropriate place in your 
/sw/etc/apt/sources.list.
