FYI, now that boost-1.58 has landed in fink, I have forked off
versioned copies of the info files for building on 10.8 or earlier and
replaced the originals with copies for Distribution 10.9/10.10 that
build against the boost1.58-nopython using -std=c++11. This forking in
the packaging was required because boost1.58 is only available on
10.9/10.10. Parts of boost1.58 currently require -std=c++11 which
doesn't exist for the ancient libstdc++.
