It is a known fact on the web that xemacs doesn’t work anymore with the current
version of XQuartz.
Error:
Error: attempt to add non-widget child "Progress" to parent "clip-window" which
supports only widgets
Should I abandon xemacs after more than 20 years of usage (including Linux)?
