Hi, gcc3.1 is available through Apple's darwin cvs. http://www.opensource.apple.com It seems, though I haven't tried this, the FSF gcc3.0 will build working darwin binaries, so you could try that too...
The gcc3 in cvs appears to work, although it is several months from an actual release. You can simply put sources in the /sw/src dir and fink will find then if they have the name that it expexts to see.
