Hi

Probably a stupid one, but I could not find the answer in FAQ and in the
archives:

Unfortunately I started to have Xtools on the system, and then Xfree86 on
top. This seems to cause problems in the long run. Hence I started to
rebuild the system from scratch using only Xfree86. However, I failed to
wipe out Xtools. Whatever I do, if trying to install system-xfree86
(after having installed Xfree86Complete) fink tells me:

"It looks like you have Xtools installed, not XFree86. You should install
the system-xtools package instead. There are some subtle differences
between the two. If you installed XFree86 on top of Xtools, you may want
to wipe it out and do a clean install of XFree86 to avoid some potential
problems."

But how to wipe out. Xtools seems to hide somewhere in the system; I did
look for everything with xtools in its name and got rid of it. Does not seem
to be enough
